Kynam is not just a product of a tree; it is a product of a specific Terroir. It requires the perfect combination of ancient Aquilaria species, native fungal strains, and decades of geographic isolation. Here are the origins of the legendary pieces processed in our facility.
The Legendary Terroirs
Vietnam (Nha Trang)
The global epicenter of Kyara. The soil of Nha Trang produces Kynam with a legendary "cooling" profile—sharp, sweet, and deeply penetrating. It is the gold standard for Japanese Kōdō masters.
Cambodia & Hainan
Famous for "Purple" and "Green" Kynam. These regions are prized for producing wood with a rich, fruity sweetness and a profound unheated aroma that permeates large Majlis halls across the Middle East.
Indonesia & Malaysia
The deep jungles of Borneo and Peninsular Malaysia yield breathtakingly dense sinking-grade Oud. Our workshop specializes in isolating the rare Kinamic cores hidden within these massive wild logs.
Sourcing Responsibility
Because wild Kynam is a finite resource, we operate with extreme respect for the forest. We work with native collectors who have spent their lives in these jungles. By processing the wood ourselves, we ensure that every gram of the world's rarest wood is respected, polished, and delivered to you with its origin story intact.
