The Journey of Authentic Agarwood
A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Our Processing Facility
In a market flooded with counterfeits, painted beads, and chemically induced resin, authenticity is our highest currency. For our clients in the Middle East and the United States, trusting the source is the first step in experiencing true Agarwood (Oud). Today, we open the doors to our processing workshop to show you exactly how raw nature is transformed into premium agarwood beads.
1. Sourcing & Selecting the Raw Material
Great beads require exceptional raw materials. We source our agarwood directly from trusted native collectors. Before any cutting begins, our experienced craftsmen evaluate every piece of raw wood to determine the density and distribution of the resin (oleoresin). Only logs with substantial natural resin formation make the cut.
2. The Art of Segregation and Cutting
Agarwood is precious. Every millimeter counts. Our artisans carefully slice the wood, isolating the resin-dense layers from the non-infected white wood. This requires a profound understanding of the wood's internal structure. Notice the dark, rich patterns emerging naturally—no dyes, no artificial enhancements.

"We don't manufacture the scent; we simply reveal what nature has spent decades perfecting. Our process is 100% mechanical, ensuring the purity of the Oud remains untouched."
3. Shaping and Initial Polishing
Once the resinous blocks are isolated, they are mechanically turned into beads. This is a delicate process where too much heat from friction could damage the natural aroma profile. As you can see from our workbench, the environment is strictly focused on traditional, honest craftsmanship.

4. Final Quality Assurance
The final step involves meticulous sorting. The beads are polished using only their own sawdust and natural friction—a technique that highlights the natural resin lines without introducing foreign waxes or oils. The end result is a bead that will darken naturally with wear and emit its subtle, intoxicating aroma when exposed to body heat.

By operating our own factory, we bypass the middleman and maintain strict quality control. Whether you are a collector looking for a sinking-grade bracelet or a wholesale buyer requiring consistent supply, what you see in our workshop is exactly what gets shipped to your door.
