How to Start a Wholesale Partnership
Five steps from first inquiry to first shipment. Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks for sample approval, 4–8 weeks for first production run.
Step 1 — Inquiry

Step 2 — Quote & Sample Photo
Within 24 hours on business days, we will send a written quote valid for 14 days, accompanied by sample photographs of the actual lot you would receive. No fabricated pricing — every quote reflects wood we can ship within the lead time.
Step 3 — Sample Shipment (Optional)
For first-time partners, we strongly recommend a paid sample shipment of 100 g–500 g. Sample cost is credited against your first production order. This is the single best way to verify grade and aroma before committing to a larger quantity.
Step 4 — Production Run & QC
Once you approve the sample, we schedule a production run. Each batch is graded, water-tested, and certified at our Guanzhu workshop. We will send you production photos and a video walkthrough before shipment.
Step 5 — Shipment & Documentation
We ship from Hong Kong or Shenzhen free trade zone via your preferred carrier. Every shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, CITES export permit, and Certificate of Authenticity per batch. Tracking is provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
